Welcome to Family Ministry at Prince of Peace!

We believe that families are the primary and best source for faith formation, so we exist to serve alongside of Parents, Grandparents, Baptismal Sponsors and the community of believers to help faith in Jesus Christ come alive.

Children’s Ministry serves families with children ages birth - Grade 5. “CM” small groups meet on Sunday mornings and on Wednesday nights. We don’t approach “CM” small groups as traditional “Sunday School” but rather as a partnership with parents and families in raising faith-filled children. Click on the Children’s Ministry button for more information.

Middle School Ministry is the Middle School Ministry of Prince of Peace. Wednesday nights we meet at 6:15 p.m. for games and friendship strengthening in the community room. At 7:00 p.m. we meet for large group worship in the sanctuary, which includes our Middle School Praise Team, skits, large group games, a short Bible message, and announcements. Then we break out for discussion and community time in small groups. We seek to serve Christ many times through out the year by community & world impacting service projects (such as Feed My Starving Children, Bridge Builders – Across the Generations, Compassion International and Mission Outpost) & mission trips! We love to dance, sing, clap and worship at full volume! We love seeing what God is doing - always something new! And we love to tell others about it! Click on the MSM (Middle School) button for more information.

Senior High Ministry (SHM) is a ministry for grades 9-12. Every Wednesday night from 7-8:30 p.m. students experience community with students from schools across the south metro, dynamic Bible-centered teaching, and interactive small groups. These small groups are the heart of our program as they create a safe place for students to talk about everyday worries, questions about God, and tough issues while being cared for by an adult mentor. We focus on building a Christ-focused community by serving others, spending time together both inside and outside the church walls, and creating opportunities for students to engage their searching friends in a Christian environment. Click on the SHM (Senior High) button for more information.
