No Debt! Know Mission!
Our goals are to grow in faith, to live purposely, and to give generously, all to God’s glory.

We have paid more than $1.5 million on our debt in just 15 months! As of August 15, 2011, all net No Debt! Know Mission! proceeds have been applied to our loan, reducing our debt from $4,450,000 to $2,910,000. Over 800 families are participating in this campaign. During the campaign the interest savings will be used to replenish funds and build cash reserves. At the end of the campaign the savings in interest will allow us to turn mortgage dollars into mission and ministry dollars.

No Debt! Know Mission! Campaign: The Details

• Pay off the debt of $4.45 million, by receiving cash gifts and 3-year commitments (May 2010 – May 2013) over and above regular giving thus decreasing the interest payments from the general budget as the principal is reduced.
  
  
• The interest payments will remain in the budget, but decrease over time as more principal is paid on the loan. During the appeal, the savings from reduced interest payments will be used to replenish restricted funds and build cash reserves, thus helping us to be in the strongest financial position possible at the conclusion of the No Debt! Know Mission! Campaign in three years.
  
  
• The Capital Replacement Fund for critical capital repairs or replacements is a newly established fund. We have over $500,000 in equipment that is beyond its life expectancy, but we have no emergency funds to draw from for repair or replacement. This campaign is an opportunity to support the fund. Financial support of The Capital Replacement Fund is an additional gift decision beyond the 3-year debt reduction commitment.
