WE ARE SEEKING:

• Individuals interested in helping those in a Job Transition.
• Volunteers willing to share three to five hours per month to help those in transition.
• Willing to assist those needing help with items such as a resume, marketing plan, elevator speech and networking principles.

IT WOULD BE NICE if the volunteer has experienced, or is familiar with being unemployed, or been through a job transition. Experience as an HR professional, small business owner or manager most welcome. We would welcome anyone who is working, unemployed, or retired and would like to help. The volunteer should be able to dedicate 3-5 hours per month by attending 1 steering committee meeting/mo, and co-leading one Tuesday night meeting/mo. ON A ROTATING SCHEDULE.

There are no wrong ways in doing any of the steps in the job search process. But when something is not working for an individual we try to help them improve upon what they are doing to get more job interviews and offers.
