Named after the adorable, security blanket toting character from the Peanuts comic strip, it welcomes knitted, crocheted, fleece tied and quilted blankets of any size and pattern in child-friendly, brightly colored, fun prints and washable materials (a soft flannel backing is nice, too). Smaller incubator size blankets in pastel, comforting colors for newborns at risk are appreciated.
Blankets are donated to the local chapter of Project Linus which will deliver them to families with sick children. Blankets may be dropped off in the donations bins, clearly labeled for Project Linus
Blankets not labeled for Project Linus will be given to and appreciated by our Mission Outpost families.
